I have seen you primaraly on Cash in the Attic…quite frankly you make the show. I would like to see you in other broadcast that show in America. Your a hot, sexy guy get out there and show us your stuff. i found your spititual side very appealing. Wishing you the best in 2010.
Alistair, I keep wondering how your mindfulness course is
going. I hope it is going well and it is changing lives.
It was certainly a turning point for me…
I was actually driving from Oxford past Sutton Courtenay
today and I almost stopped at the Abbey for a cup of tea
but I was too tired and shy and didn’t want to disturb.
Anyway, your self-soothing class in May sounds
very interesting. It is great that you introduce variety
in your teachings. I hope to see you some time
in the New Year. Everything is so dark around us at the
moment but summer will come. Upside down :)
bye
I am in shock!! discovering what you are about. I watch escape to the country, and you come over as being so straight and goody goody, and almost ‘above’ everyone! So it is great to see all your fantastic pics and quotes. I went to Samy Ling’s in the early 70′s, wasnt able to cope.
Well well well!
best wishes
I am intrigued! We have a mutual friend and he says only lovely things about you, by the way. I came upon your site
after googling Ayahuasca. You are brave to be diving into such profound depths. I have
had my own experiences when I was a child, that were spiritual in nature, and they informed
my life completely. I can only imagine what you have experienced and learned.
Hello Alistair, why don’t you write anymore?
I was just watching Alladin with some kids and it
reminded me of you – it must be that prince Ali Ba Bua :)
Actually, my 3 year old daughter made a drawing of you
the other day, you and the baloon, it was very sweet.
I asked he who the smily face was and she said –
it is Alistair. And he needs some air in his baloon :)
Anyway, I am trying not to grasp and not to miss you,
but it is difficult. Are you not inspired to write here
anymore? Or are you too busy? Bored? Content? x
Just checking in. I’ve been out of the loop since
December. Finally feeling myself again. We;re both
heading into a zero ending age this year. Are you
thinking about 40 or treating it as just another
age grouping as I am about 60. Age doesn’t concern
me. As long as I can keep moving forward that’s ok.
So onward and forward with the new year.
i don’t think alistair cares about age.
to me, it doesn’t matter how old he is
- he is still very gorgeous – inside and outside.
and he will always be. even after 100 years.
hello, good morning – can you tell me where I am? The unique moment of clarity I find upon waking- is stolen by another sunrise. Like a newborn – having never seen the light, my mind begins defining the world. Shhhh, Hush now…. but it’s too late, the infant has stirred.
And thus begins a long day’s journey. The Sun chases the moon from the sky, but she lingers; glowing faintly in the midday sky – reminding me that night and day coexist. Catching myself in the comparison, I realize no real thing exists in two dimensions. The world is a syphony of spheres – and everything is truly defined as such. East continues to West, returning upon itself. North chases South, like a dog with it’s tail. The world, allowed to be whole and continuous, spins. Me, clinging to this spot with a fixed my perspective, dizzy.
HEY ALISTAIR
I WISH YOU A YEAR FULL OF LIGHT AND WONDERS
strange and lovely image
Happy New Year

turn it upside down.
and start again.
life is a circle.
we are beggining.

life is circular.
upside down and down upside and again
we are miracles.
and again.
Tantas veces escrito tu nombre dentro.
Salta, valiente!
y van 3.
we are miracles.
upside down and back and again.
tantas veces he escrito tu nombre dentro.
salta, valiente!
